try to combine your items to give you the best shipping rate, your actual
shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. However, the chart below

of what to expect.

Customs Information
We are not responsible for any customs charge you may be charged when
shipping out of the United States.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise
that is defective upon receipt. Please
contact us so
that we can give you instructions for return and process your order
for replacement or refund. Please include your name, order number, product
name, and the specific problem you have encountered.
Please note we do not accept returns for any
reason except for products that are defective upon receipt, and under no
circumstances will items be accepted for return, refund, or exchange beyond 14
days from the original shipping date. If, under our sole discretion, an item is
accepted for return for reasons other than defect, the item is subject to
restocking fees of 20%.
Please note that you must return the product to
us within 14 days after you receive return instructions. Please include all
manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is
packaged to avoid damage.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
